Achieving biodiversity conservation through creation, effective management and spatial designation of protected areas and capacity building

The general objective is to support the expansion of the protected areas system in Bosnia and Herzegovina and build capacities for effective management of biodiversity.

The project aims to create or support the enabling conditions and stocktaking to address national environmental priorities and biodiversity targets through three components:

Component 1: Establishment and effective management of protected areas and biological diversity

Component 2: Management and Effectiveness of the National PA System

Component 3: Biodiversity Monitoring
